Antabli is a family-owned business, which opened it’s first location in 1992 on l’Acadie in Montreal, QC. The owners used their creativity combined with their Lebanese and Italian background to create this one-of-a-kind concept. Reine is the master-maker of our homemade ice cream. In 1990, she followed a seminar in Italy on ice cream preparation. This seminar, paired with her knowledge of lebanese ingredients and her creativity allowed her to bring a twist to 50 flavours of ice cream. She is also the one that implements all our new concepts and ideas. Roger is the master-mind behind your whole experience. Thanks to him, you’re constantly able to enjoy different products.
